Remote Viewing possesses a long history of well-documented studies and government interest. There are ten million ways to do it, but only one approved by the hardcore Remote Viewers. In that methodology, it is important to use, for example, a hidden set of coordinates for the person who will attempt the Remote Viewing to use as a target. There are specific steps and double blinds and all that jazz. I have nothing but respect for the originators of the art and their dedication to these strictures, as I understand this is what allowed this type of extrasensory information gathering to gain some recognition by the Materialists of the world.
Other methodologies exist, as well, and the gist is always the same: get into a meditative and neutral state however you choose to do that, bring your attention fully within, however you choose to do that, have faith in your chosen option of enabling your mind and imagination to go probing wherever and whenever your chosen target happens to exist, and allow information to come to you.
