You are in Control of Your Aura and Wellness

The darkness comes in so many forms and, most of the time, we are conditioned to accept it, to hide from it, to let it ravage us, and to continue to fall under its spell.

NO MORE!

People ask me all the time how to keep the darkness away, how to lift themselves up from low places, how to remove the negativity from their lives. It is easier than you might think.

The one CRUCIAL step?

CHOOSE BRIGHTNESS.

Once you do, here are some opportunities you can create at any point in any day, no matter where you are and what is going on around you….

  1. Sing — when you sing or hum you literally, instantly lift your spirit higher and increase your aura’s cohesiveness and solidity. I can watch it happening around you. Your colors will go from low and muddy or disjointed and chaotic to smooth, bright, and flowing in an INSTANT
  2. Practice Smiling & Laughing — it sounds insane, to some, but have you tried it? When I notice my frown or creased forehead, I force my face to smile for thirty seconds and BLAM, it creates a better mood every single time. Laughing suddenly and for no reason may put others off, so choose your time and place, but it works even better than forcing a smile! Laugh even when you don’t feel mirth and do it for at least thirty seconds, you’ll be lifted up instantly
  3. Spin or Shake — jump up and shake your arms and legs, jump around, and wiggle your body! You are ALIVE! Remind yourself! When you do this, any anxiety especially will disappear, simply and easily. Do it for a few minutes and see how much better you feel!
  4. Call a Friend — just talking about nothing with someone you love will take you out of a dark spot. Don’t call them to share the dread or the anxiety, unless that’s truly what you’re needing and they have the time and space for it, but just call to talk about your favorite foods and activities or the things you learned last week. Call just to hear their voice and ask them about themselves. You’ll feel better and better
  5. Watch Uplifting Content — I have trained my reels and feeds to give me ONLY uplifting content by only liking and commenting on things that show transformation, salvation, selflessness, overcoming adversity, humans helping humans, humans helping animals, animals helping animals, and animals helping humans… it never ceases to bring me back to a hopeful and triumphant space
  6. Watch Hilarious Content — especially avoiding the pessimistic humor, put on a comedian’s stand up and let yourself get some belly laughs in
  7. Play Musically Gifted Content — especially chanting, orchestral, instrumental, classical, and choir singing are all great because they tend to share genius and powerful human connection in sound
  8. Get Grateful — Especially when I’m frustrated or angry, I am training myself to go into gratitude. What about this situation is positive and what am I grateful for? Even if it is someone cutting me off on the freeway, I can remember to be grateful that I’m able to drive and have the freedom to go where I wish…there’s always something to be grateful for and the more we remember, the better we feel
  9. Go to Nature — this should be number 1! It is the best healer and it is always there to ground you, to absorb your terror or grief, to remind you of what you truly are at the deepest and highest levels, and to bring you back to balance. Go get quiet and wander or sit in nature and you’ll feel amazing in no time
  10. Pray or Reach to Heaven — however you like to do it, meditating, praying, chanting, or invoking your good, true, and beautiful Allies and Guides is always going to help. They come straight to the heart and bring the love that is everlasting and eternal. Even if you’re not sure about it, try it anyway and you’ll get sure…they are always here for you
